Replaced the car tires here and the staff is extremely professional and great to deal with. The wheel balance and alignment was done perfectly. This has to be a go to place for your wheels. I haven’t serviced my car here but I’m sure it should be good. In particular, Mr. Ade, was the person I dealt with and his guidance and info on the correct tires was very precise and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Great job! Agreed 5:30pm but nobody showed up and no phone call to advise this. I had to call Zdegree the next day and they said the job was complete even though it was not. They did however rearrange with the mobile fitter and he went to my wife's place of work. However, upon my wife returning home and inspecting the job, I found that every wheel had been scratched which I assume was done by the machine that takes the tire off as it followed the circumference of the wheel. I have used Zdegree in the past and have been very happy but this time I am very unhappy. I don't like giving out 1 star but in this case I have too.

The wheels i requested were delivered exactly on the time that i specified. The technician was expert that he concluded from the first sight that my existing wheels are of the wrong size. 5 wheels were replaced and the quality were maintained without compromising the safety. Slightly hit and miss with the services. Initially I felt it was good value however it became apparent that this was not the case. I really had to question the quality of oil and spark plugs as quite quickly after each service I again had to change. I was also priced for a job which when I took the car to another Zdegree and garage was provided different diagnoses on the issue and different pricing also.

The guy Clark will try and sell you a bunch of items not needed and he his customer service is horrible. The shop broke my mirror and then tried to say it was broken before I dropped my car for service. You must check every detail before you drop the car and after to make sure they have actually done any work.

I was experiencing serious alignment issues after adjusting my ride height. Went to 2 tire shops which have no idea on properly aligning my vehicle to recommended specs. In addition to that, their equipment has an outdated software to say the least.Luckily a friend of mine knew someone from Zdegree. Joel is top notch and really knowledgeable with his craft. He explained what the issue was and addressed it with the appropriate solution.Highly recommended!

This service is beyond amazing! Honestly the team from start to finish was super helpful. I had a punctured tire so I called and one of the team members Omar was super patient and helped me figure out how to check the size of my tire and scheduled someone to come over right away.His other team member, Mohammad Omar came over, did beyond an amazing job, he explained everything to me, the whole process, things about my car and some interesting facts about other cars. I have been visiting Z Degree for almost 5 years now. I own 2 cars and always get them serviced with them. Over the years I have never faced any problem. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They have a comfortable waiting area with wifi facility so you can sit back and relax while your car is getting cured. :)

Finally I’ve found a company which is transparent with its tire prices. Got on to their website and all tires prices and availability is clearly mentioned and the website is a breeze to navigate through. Paid for four tires online and opted for the doorstep fitment, the very same day their team arrived at my villa and installed four new Pirelli P Zero tires on to my Mercedes C63 AMG along with wheel balancing too ! Amazing service, great prices and easy to deal with ??

Excellent staff, extremely clean workshop that is very much customer focused. I went in to get a vehicle inspected, that I was looking to buy. Money well spent I believe and they gave me a very reasonable quote for a service plan. When you go through a good garage, it makes you think about the dealerships service centres and what they do. I'm not advising people to do all their business with this company, as there are many to choose from but it was definitely a worthwhile experience and gives you something to think about.

Whenever I need to get my car washed I come here. They have two washing bays and also carry out under chassis washing. They also do a great job with interior cleaning and vacuum. Every nook and corner of the car is paid attention to and made sure it’s cleaned / washed. Priced reasonably too ✅

I wanted to get a proper alignment for my Audi S8. And Zdegree gave me a clear cut answer ! They first checked the car’s alignment setup and handed me a printout reading and went ahead to rectify the issues and gave me another report post alignment. The service advisor explained to me the steps they carried out and was very professional. Finally I know of a workshop that is not into over charging you for something they cannot even explain. As far as I know Zdegree is the only workshop where your car doesn’t scrape when loading onto the alignment bay. The bay is flush flat to the ground and no matter how low your car is it’ll get on the alignment bay without any issues. After trying out alignment services with other amateurs in town, this is the only place I trust for pin sharp alignment, advice and service ! Thank you guys, finally my car drives as I wanted it to...!!!

While the tire change was promised to take 40 minutes and even after making an appointment it took almost 2.5 hours, but at least the service of Joel and the exceptional service of Shahadat made the wait somewhat bearable. Maybe it is better to go to one of the smaller places in Al Quoz even though the waiting room service and facilities may not be as good.

Z Degree has made large improvements. They have made great changes to their seating area. Customers now have a nice area to wait. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. They are kind and do good work. Shahadat, the customer satisfaction worker is great. He is always kind, and willing to make you feel at home.... my wife and I drive all the way from AbuDhabi for them to work on our vehicle... buying their service plan was a great idea.

I wouldnt normally leave a review for something like this,but these guys are great,amazing. Joel is your man (ask for him),absolute ace of a guy, kept in touch with me through the entire job and even sent me photos as they were working and replacing components.when the job was complete he even offered to have my car dropped off free of charge, and best of all, as a last touch, they washed and cleaned it amazingly inside and out. Many thanks to the entire team there, the level of service I received is almost unheard of these days. 5 stars well deserved.
